A fantastic opportunity to join Ayr United Football Academy is now available! We are looking to recruit coaches on a voluntary basis for our U7s through to Senior female football teams.
Applicants should be dynamic, self-motivated and good communicators in order to play a pivotal role in our mission to develop and prepare youth players for entry into our first team. At present, AUFA Women & Girls Club provides a full player pathway, delivering a footballing experience to over 120 female players of all ages and ability.
Our program aims to provide a safe and fun environment for players to participate and improve.

AUFA Women & Girls Club are currently looking to recruit coaches to work at all levels of our player pathway.

The Role
To develop and deliver coaching sessions to our players.
To liaise in a responsible manner with fellow coaches, parents, staff and officials.
To maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during any Club activity.
To ensure that all equipment and apparel is of a satisfactory standard.
Any other duties deemed appropriate to the role.
