Billy Alexander
Billy Alexander, 26, joined the academy in October 2009 and is the head coach of the under 11′s side. He has an honours degree in sports coaching and development. He also has many coaching badges, including rugby, shinty, tennis, badminton, basketball and tri-golf plus level 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the children’s pathway and level 1,2 and 3 on the youth pathway for the Scottish FA. Billy has also coached Auchinleck Ochiltree and Tarbolton primary school teams as well as delivering sessions within basketball, shinty, hockey and tri-golf whilst being on placement with Active Schools from 2006 – present.
Stuart Ferguson
Stuart Ferguson, joined the Academy in October 2012 as a coach for the Girls under 11 side. Stuart is currently studying sports coaching and development at Kilmarnock College. Stuart is currently qualified at level 1, 2 and 3 on the Scottish FA’s Children’s and Youth Pathway. He also has the coaching footballers with disabilities and the level 1 Goalkeeping badge.
David McIntosh
David joined the Academy in April 2011 as a coach for the Girls under 11 side. David is currently qualified at level 1, 2 and 3 on the Scottish FA’s Children’s and Youth Pathway. David also has his Level 1 Goalkeeping badge.
