Ayr United Football Academy (AUFA) was founded in 2005 as an independent company, a Scottish registered charity, a Community Sports Hub, a Social Enterprise company and is incorporated as a not for profit Company Limited by guarantee. AUFA Pro Youth teams participate in SFA Club Academy Scotland (CAS) Group 1 and attained Silver Star status beginning season 2015-16.
