Ayr United Football Academy welcomed back all Pro Youth teams

Due to restrictions easing, Ayr United Football Academy have welcomed back all Pro Youth teams to training. The players have been in now for the last month and it has been great to see all the players again.

The first week of the Easter Holidays we offered a Pro youth only camp for U11s to U14s and we had 50 players turn out. Tuesday and Wednesday the weather was crisp but great for kicking a ball around. The players enjoyed learning about Messi, Modric and Kevin De Bruyne as well as playing in different fun small sided games making sure we are sticking to the restrictions in place. The Thursday was a wee bit wet but the players loved being outdoors and had a great time. We had players from Ayr United Football Club first team come along and watch as well as new Assistant manager Dave Timmons. What a buzz it gave the players.

Players are hoping to return to games by at least May 2021.
